Hi, can someone please confirm what date I should go by when calculating an appeal or payment.
For example invoice reduction if paid within 14 days or appeal time. Is it from date of alleged parking or from date of issue?

Date of issue, or whatever the parking company decide.* It's an unregulated area.

Strictly speaking it should be from when the notice is received
