    Hi Everyone!*
I was with DMP. Made two payments to my primary creditor, then my account was transferred to CRS company. I have made 2 payments one in Oct and one in December 2017. I have called them and they said I have made just one payment in October. So where the money gone in December I have no clue.
January 19th 2018 I have received an email about CCJ from TM legal services that I owe £487.71. Court date was 11rh January .the original debt was £437 considering I have made 4 payments before in total of £33 i have basically paid back £509 instead of £437.*
As I was with DMP I had no idea that debt was sold to CRS and no idea that then debt was transferred to TM Legal services. I did tell them that I'm with DMP plan and I don't understand why the total amount is so high. I have not received any letter, claim form about the CCJ. My address was updated on DMPso if they sent the letters to my old address is not my fault right? I didn't even know about them!*
*TM are very reluctant, I have asked to forward me all the emails between us and they won't do it. Sadly I've deleted mine. I want to remove my CCJ. Is it possible please? Thank you*
