    Hi, I’m currently in private negotiations with my husband to arrange a financial settlement for divorce. His pensions CETV is approx 630k. I have just received my Nhs pension CETV which is approx £102k. My ex is believes this to be incorrect and that in court they will use the ‘Hypothetical Annuity Cost, figure from my annual statement (314k) as NHS pensions CETV are notoriously under estimated. Please can anyone advise?
