Hi All I have received the following form Northampton County Court* 'Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track' I am defending a claim made by TMLS* on behalf of Perch Capital Limited as I have never received the information I requested from them namely SAR* and CCA I put this in my defence to the court and received a letter of acknowledgement from the courts and that they have 28 days to respond that was dated 12 March 2020, the letter I got from the courts is Dated 24 April 2020. Is there any advice as to what I should do now
