PayPal locked funds

PayPal locked funds

I have an account with the above I had Ł629 sent to my account I had an email from PayPal to say it was in but I have nothing on account and nothing in history and PayPal say they don’t have the funds, it’s a genuine email very frustrating if I try to take to court what PayPal address do I use?
