Gemini Parking - NtK after 40 days

Hi everyone,

First thank you for taking the time to read. I just received a NtK from Gemini Parking Solutions for an apparent parking which broke the conditions "Parked in a No Parking Area". at Middlewood Locks Salford (an apartment complex) on February 27th.

My first question would be can they issue this after 40+ days have passed? They claim it was issued on the 4th of March but this is the first we are hearing of it with a letter dated April 3rd. We have no idea who was driving the car that day with multiple people insured to do so.

Second question the NtK has no images on it although the license plate is correct. Shouldn't we have some proof of the allegation?

Lastly due to the lockdown we / I can't go and check the area for signage what can I do about that during this time?

If they issued a ticket on the windscreen then they have 56 days to get the NTK to the keeper.

Post up the NTK, suitably redacted but leave dates.


Do you not have anyone in the complex to take a photo?* Google Street view to get the sign?
