Hello,
The council tax bill came through and then my house mate has got ill and can't work, so he applied for a reduction which he got and our bill was cut in half. does that mean he gets a 100% reduction and pays nothing or 50% reduction and we split the remaining bill?
We are just a little confused how to split it. Any help would be greatly received.
