My wife was issued a series of letters from Gladstones which she ignored until they threatened Court action and a CCJ. So she indicated that she had evidence of using the facility (a bowling alley) whilst parked.
Gladstones claimed it was too late to stop the court case and CCJ, so she paid. I didn’t know about this until 1 month after. Is there any legal route to take Gladstones to court to re-claim the fine?
Thanks in advance
