basically I am a car hire company, I have 7 vehicles with close brothers.
one of my vehicles has been seized by police, I go to produce my documents to be told by the police that they are returning the vehicle to close brothers.
close brothers inform me that they are taking the vehicle back and are also cancelling the other agreements.
I am upto date with all my payments and have never been in default.
i have valid self drive hire insurance for my vehicle.
vehicle was siezed because it was passed on by the customer to someone who didn’t have a license.
do I have any leg to stand on?
