Link parking/ parking ticket

Hi guys . I'm just looking for help. My daughter has just had a letter from linkparking.

This is the first letter or any form of communication from them
She has never seen / or had any knowledge of a ticket on her screen.
She is quite happy to pay any fixed notice but absolutely refuses to pay an immediate £100. Straight of the bat.

No knowledge no communication .

How do we go about this
