I have tried to apply for a loan because my mother is critically ill. When I checked my credit score it said I have defaulted. I have set up a payment plan with Anglian Water and got confirmation from them. But they never updated it, and as I have learning difficulties and struggle to use a computer I never checked my credit score. At this moment I feel mentally distressed and have spent many nights with out sleeping.
Is there any professional that can help me with advice on legal actions I can take. As my care worker cannot see me because of the virus.
