I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for my benefit to go in no one is giving me a straight answer I am a vunrable young person who stuffer form depression and stress benefits were changed because they put me on uc when illegal I shouldn’t have been put on because I am untitled to disability premium which they haven’t been paying me for 2 years need some help on what I can do as the level of stress is getting to me*

You can ask for an advanced payment if you haven’t received your first payment yet.* However, they do try to make payments within 5 weeks so if you have waited for 4 weeks you will need to ask for this payment quickly.
