  • Erudio:court order to pay £1 month (from my DLA). DLA ended this week.

Hello. I've been harassed and harangued by Erudio/DRysden for some years despite my "income" being well under the threshold (DLA lower rates). Asked Tony Reeves to help, because I have nothing to pay legal fees with. I was in receipt of Disability LIving Allowance (never earned close to the threshold). Reeves insisted that if I didn't agree to a Tomlin Order to settle with Erudio/Drysden, I risked a CCJ. No real response to what would happen if my DLA was ended (as I had guess it would be). This morning, I received th eletter from the DWP: my DLA ended on 24th March 2020. Emailed Reeves to inform him. His response was to forward the court order telling me to pay under the terms of the Tomlin Order, and he declared his role (defending the claim) at an end.

How does that work? With no income of my own, how am I supposed to pay? Does my spouse now have to pay *my student loan? My other student loans have been deferred, as usual, and are due ot be written off next year. * edited to add:* my spouse's income is below the earnigns threshold, not that that should matter:* these loans and their repayment were supposed to be based on *my income.*

I know it's an alleged debt. * I already disputed it.* I was told to take the Tomlin Order or risk a CCJ. * Tomlin Order was to be paid from the DLA. * So now what? *
