Hello I received a PCN from CP Plus for parking too long in one of their motorway stops. I have cancer, was driving home from a weekend away and I felt fatigued so stopped for a rest. I fell asleep and ztayed an hour and a half over the 2 hours.
It was a notice with a picture in capture, out capture. It also has a note at the bottom re Legal Eye v Beavis.Today is the last day to pay at the reduced rate. Do I have any grounds for appeal? Thank you. Samantha Coleman

So post up the redacted Nutice to Keeper, but leave dates.* Edit you post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred, yes "the driver....." etc.

Contact the management of the rest area and complain that you were using the rest area for the purpose it was designed for: resting so that you are not a danger on the road
