Hi all, our nursery has been closed like all others as of friday, my question is... as there is no confirmed end date to the government imposed shutdown, can we cancel our usual direct debit to them without any recourse as they are usually very hot on paying for things like bank holidays even though my children cannot attend? Basically we dont believe we should have to pay even when the place is closed as this could go on for weeks if not months and we would pay for a service we cannot receive. We pay hundreds a month?
