Hi all, I wonder if anyone could assist with consumer rights. *My daughter and I booked and paid a deposit for afternoon tea for Mother’s Day. I paid the balance in full today as requested. *I have since received a text message from them re government guidelines stating they were having to close as of this evening. *They have offered us a gift voucher or to re-book when they re-open. *I would really rather have a refund as it cost us £100! Could anyone advise me of our rights please. Thank you.
