    hi, im just looking for some advice, my son is nearly 6, my ex an i have been in court several times si ce 2014 where he has pulled out of court or not bothered to continue, we have ahistory of DV which he also has with previoys parter an poloce record, he last seen my son 2018 where he hit him, he has also pinched an bit him in the past, iv had a non molestation on him in the past which he wasin court for breachin , he has never had any proper contact and never been on his own with my kids, after hittin my son i stopped all contact, he left it for a while as he was doing things to do with his visa then when csa contacted him he all of a sudden started showin up kickin of, i put another non molestation in place which got put in on a contested hearing, caffcass report reccomends No further contact between my son an his father an if anything indirect only, in court my ex still said he wants to have direct contact, the judge saying about letters an that if anything, its up for a co tested hearing in june, the judge said caffcass will get an enhanced police check but there recomendation is strong an they wont change it, now i. just askin what to expect at the contested hearing?? will my ex get indirect contact? an if so wats it likly to be an will it be tilll my son is an adult* to safe guard him??? thank you in advance from a very worried mummy
