Zinc Credit Management and Pennon Water

In the past 2 weeks I have received 2 letters pertaining to debt which I dont have. Letters are from Zinc Credit Management and are sent on behalf of Pennon water (southwest water company). I have never had any dealings with Pennon Water. I don't live in an area where they suppy services, and it's wierd as the letter is not addressed to me in my full name. It chases a debt of over £900 for a company in Painton Devon and I live over 250 miles away ...* Obviosuly this is a scam, and I see there is another thread on here which did not appear to get resovled. I have contacted Pennon Water, but have yet to receive a reply.*
Any advise on what else I should do?
