  • Need help Received CCJ.

    Hi,*

I defaulted on MBNA credit card in 2010 and made repayment plan with a company who bought off my debt from MBNA in 2013 I defaulted on about 6500 card and repaid 25 pounds a month since 2013 to date. Recently I checked my credit file to see CCJ on my file. After investigation I found out it is the company whom I have been regularly and on time been paying for last 7 years has now obtained judgement against me at my previous address. I spoke to Arrow global who own my debt they said they wrote me letters as they wanted to reassess my situation and see if current payment level was adequate. Obviously I never received any letter neither any correspondence from court. I moved from previous address June 2019 and CCJ filed by Arrow Global November 2019 and judgement granted December 2019. Can someone give me any advice if I can apply to get this judgement set aside ? Arrow Global did not try to call me or email me.*

    Thank You,
