  • Loss of Light age of window

    Hi

I have suffered a loss of light injury to my kitchen and utility WC.*

How can I find out the age of the window?*

Light should have entered the window for at least 20 years according to the prescription act.

The oringal plans in 1910 shows a utility room, but looks like a door instead of where the windo is currently.* Seems that the utility room was modiufied somewhere between 1910 and 2007, which was the earliest plans I have for a loft extension, illustrating the utility room as is now.* There is no document held at the local councils planning departmsent to indicate age, the coneyancer recieved nothing from the seller (who bought in 2015).* However there was ariel view map of my property and adjoining p[roperties in the 1970s, which shows a utility room, but not clear on windows.

I guess I would need to prove the age of the windows for any litigation?
