  • CP Plus - CST Law Unpaid Debt

Last June I received a parking ticket from CP Plus through the post, and after me and my dad looked into it online (several forums, articles, etc.) , we thought that the best idea would be to ignore it.

I had a couple of letters since then telling me that the charge has increased, but continued to ignore the letters.

Then this week I received a letter from CTS Law advising me that they are pursuing the payment on behalf of Debt Recovery Plus. I now owe*£149.99 and have until 13th March to pay.

I understand that my actions previously in regards to ignoring the letters was the wrong choice, and I should have appealed. I have read multiple forums online all suggesting different information.

What can I do now please?

    Thank you.

Is this what you're asking for? Sorry - I'm not sure on all the terms.

The notice to Keeper , the first piece of paper you received from CpPlus was what was I was asking for.

I suspect that this letter is actually from DRP, using a borrowed letterhead.* Note who you are being asked to pay.
As DRP do not own the debt, despite the claim in that letter, they cannot take court action against you.

I think the recommendation is to ignore, but find the NTK to see what defence you can make in case they take it further

          Hi Ostell

It was basically the exact same as the ones you can find online when you google it. Example as follows:

No, examples are not good enough, need the one YOU got.* That one fails to comply with POFA but did yours?

If you don't have it then a SAR to CPPlus
