corona virus risk my kids must go to school

I just want to know if there is any law saying that in case of risk like corona virus I must allow my kids to go to school? Im just afraid that my kids can bring it from school ! It is thread not only for them but also for others family members, especially if living with older like grand parents? Me like other parents take responsibility for health of our children's so what happen if I do not allow anymore my kids go to school in this really dangerous period?

Are all the family going to self-isolate?. No one going out at all?.

If at least one adult is going out (not everyone can work at home), then it is illogical to say no-one else can go out.
