  • Over payment and taking it legal

    Hello,*

My former company over paid me when I left the company. I have constantly asked them to provide evidence of this because I know for a fact the figure they are quoting is incorrect. They have sent me a breakdown but are saying I used too much holiday and they want me to pay for this. This isn’t the case and I was owed several days holiday by the company. The company does not have an official holiday system to this is why they can’t work out the figure correctly. The solicitor they are using is now refusing to answer and of my questions and has said I will receive a response pack to form a defence. I need some help please. I have made an offer on what I am willing to pay and this is the correct amount.*
