Help with car park fine

Hi,*
Got a car park fine December 2018 for not having my full reg plate on the ticket( it only printed my last letter)
appealed and lost, lots of demands later and I now have a county court claim against me. I have to put in a defence, any help would be appreciated.*

You will find suitable defences on this forum and the pepipoo forums. In addition to the standard items you add all the failures to meet the requirements of POFA on that supposed Notice to Keeper and the keeper, you, cannot be held liable

Yes, I did appeal with popla but lost, I have a valid parking ticket but it didn't print my whole reg number. They have sent it to county court now and I either have to pay or write a defence to court

Again, do they know the identity of the driver, yes or no.

There are so many failure to comply with POFA that the keeper cannot be held luable

Yes as in my appeal I said that I had typed in my reg number, so I guess this kind of tells them I was the drive er
