Hi I need some help my brother* got a catalogue in my name and was paying it but then fell* behind in the payments.. now there is a ccj in my name.. I have told the company it was not me and I cant pay the debt I have been told if o go to the court and tell them it was not me.. can I get the ccj removed and will they.. try to get the money off my brother*
