We are in the process of replacing our roof. We are semi detached and our neighbour is refusing to let us overlap scaffolding onto his roof even though that would create a better seal for both properties. The scaffolding has blocked his signal so he wants us to pay for moving his sky dish or will take us to civil court. What are our rights given we are not on his property?

Here's a thread on the same problem from the other side:*https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...g-and-sky-dish
Lots on internet about this sort of situation, and its all about each side being neighbourly.
Can builders change scaffolding? move aerial temporarily on to scaffold?

    Good luck*
