Parking Tickets help with defence
Ok, so I know I am going to sound like a total idiot but over a period of 6 years I have managed to accumulate 36 tickets from one carpark.
As there was no action taken I just ignored the tickets, however about a year or two ago they started to take action against me, and I have so far had 2 court cases, each for 4 tickets and now have one in April and another request come through today (Again 4 tickets each.) I just paid the first 2 without challenge but I just wouldn't be able to afford to pay them all, and I can't get a CCJ due to my job.
I have got some guidance from MSE and have put together a defence, but having never done this before I wanted to check if it seemed ok, am I ok to post it on here?
