  • Finding judge's ruling

    I wonder whether someone can help me.

    I refer to a recent article in the Daily Mail. It was entitled, "Former owners of £1m barn conversion are told to pay £300,000 after failing to tell prospective buyer couple that a Motel and Diner would be built next door". The DM link is at:

    Also from an article in The Times it seems that this case was heard during week commencing 10 May 2020 at the Central London County Court and probably headed Powell v Ash.

    I was intrigued by this case as there are issues that could help me greatly. But my attempts to find any reference to it have failed.

    Is it possible that you could find and send me a link to download the detailed ruling by Judge Simon Monty QC
