  • Help please submitting defence to the courts for 10 min overstay on Armtrac car park?

Hi, I’m a single mum of 3 children and was holidaying at my sisters in Cornwall. We went to the beach paid £2 for 3 hours parking. We went to hire soft boards for 2 hours and returned to the car to find the warden booking me. Exactly 10 minutes over. I shouted over to stop but he smirked and said too late!!! I now have a county court claim for £238.82. Any suggestions and help on how to reply would be greatly appreciated. I have until the 1st March to submit my response.

    Thanks Emma

This is winnable, read up on similar issues on the threads. Then if you have a HM courts reference complete all the action as per the short cuts on the right of this page. The templates and info are first class. But make sure you follow them to the letter as a lot of this court stuff is time sensitive. Good luck. If you have recently been served, it is essential that you complete the Acknowledgement of service..
