Vt mercedes

Hi I VT my contract with Mercs back in September . Received a couple of letters asking for Ł 1586 for excess mileage. Then Bailiffs letter then I received solicitor letter asking to respond other wise they may start proceedings for a ccj against me. Didn’t respond to any letters or phone calls. Car was returned in satisfactory condition under terms and conditions.
please advise as what to respond to solicitors.

Can't help you because we dont know what the letter says.
