  • Letter from Capquest

Hi,I took a credit card out with MBNA in 2006 and was paying it monthly along with other credit card debt I had. Then the recession hit and I was unable to pay.I came to an agreement with my creditors that I would pay them £1 a month. My MBNA debt was sold on to Capquest.I wrote to Capquest asking them for a copy if my agreement and a statement of my account. They sent me a copy of the agreement but said they was unable to send a copy of the statement.I was unsure if how I became to owe so much money so I stopped paying them a £1.This was nearly 2 years ago.I received a letter this week stating if I don't make contact with them that they will be sending Resolvecall to my property.
Any advice on what I should do would be greatly appreciated.Thankyou

if they ever come around tell them to leave - no powers just a commission hopeful, they usually leave a card asking to contact the office, do as you want with it , then await another letter from Capquest
