  • Car Finance Unsatifactory

Hi, I purchased a car from a dealer in September. The car has had issues from 2/3 days after I collected it, I have given the car dealer numerous chances to fix the issue and in doing so the car has been with them for at least a total of a month. Having spoken to Citizens Advice they told me to contact the finance company for a refund. Has anyone been in this situation and has any advice, what to include in the letter etc?
