    im a taxi driver.
i was taking two passengers and luggage to the hotel next to the airport.i pulled in to the hotel barrier and realise that i was not close enough to get the ticket from the machine. so my customer in the back got* *out and got the ticket .but he proceeded to walk around to reception* and i drove in with his wife and luggage to reception where i unloaded the luggage . i have be charged £100 fine for me stopping at the barrier .and my customer getting out for the ticket.

    Contact the hotel and complain.

That barrier causes a lot of problems.* They saw you and presumed you were using the space to turn.* What is the alleged breach?
