Good morning dear forum members, I am trying to find out what the process is to speed a divorce up if someone is terminally ill. I understand this is possible but I can't seem to find out what exactly needs to be done. I have been trying to speak to someone at the court unsuccessfully.*The husband had a cancer diagnosis last year and his health has suddenly deteriorated. He and the wife have separated many years ago but stupidly never got divorced. He has been been in a relationship for a long time with another woman and they are now desperate to get married before he dies. The divorce papers were submitted and the expected date of the divorce is 17/03/20 which might be to late. Any help or pointers would be much appreciated. Thank you. x
