I first noticed a default from Southern Water on my Experian file for 245. *I had not received a default letter or a letter in August regarding the bill. *In 2017 I noticed southern water had taken over a couple of years water bill payments for a previous address. *They were meant to settle the current bill and put the remaining in my bank. They credited my bank with the whole £2400. *I then paid in February 2019 the whole bill and expected direct payments to continue. *I didn’t check my husband looks after the bank as I had been unwell. The first I knew was on my Experian file a default notice I had not received the bill for 245 in August or a default notice. *I approached southern water via Experian who received a reply from Southern Water the entry was correct.*
