  • RLP help please

Hi, does anyone know if you go back to the company that extends the civil claim to rlp and ask for it to be retracted because of mitigating factors if there is any chance that can happen? Or is it that once its sent it cant be unsent unless you challenge rlp?

I know the likelihood is small, and ive read up on everything, but I just need to know, is there any possibility of that happening at all?? As the company gives the information for the claim to be administered, is it not in their right to have the information deleted?*

*Please let me know because I have found no answers to this!!

Mitigating factors ..... forget about making any sort of plea unless the event did not happen in which case examine the circumstances and think about suing the store.

Generally the best action is complete inaction.
Just ignore RLP as if you try discussing the incident they redouble their efforts to relieve you of your money

Ok thank you, this is just taking so long that I want it to end. Surely they wouldn't wait so long to send a letter, just as a scare tactic, or does paperwork actually take that long, I don't know I just can't take the not knowing.*

Six weeks for the first letter is not unusual (altho' sometimes sooner)

To lessen the shock you can read their scary letters here:*https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...rs-rlp-and-dwf
Then you'll know what to expect!
