looking for advice re can i raise a new action for county court small claim for a second time ? first action called in court approx 2months ago , judge explained he would have found in my favour if i had a couple of other pieces of evidence , he dismissed defendants counter claim and he dismissed my initial claim .
There were no expenses awarded or any special order or instructions etc . so basically some new massive and very significant evidence has come up now and i have obtained it . Can i raise a claim again ? or what should i do ? this is for the purchase of an item that is a reasonable sum of money i am out of pocket , approx £3500* * any advice welcomed . thanks
