Assaulted by hospital security guards after heart attack
Please can anyone help?
*First I am fully Compo mentis, I am 60 years old, I own my own company which I have run for 40+ Years, I am Married with to sons & two 1/2 gran kids, The half is about to soon be born. Due to my field/job/work, I hold a high-security clearance.* What is my crime you may ask, well I have Needle Fhoba. but hey so do 10% of the Uk population.
I had a heart attack, ending up in the hospital,* the hospital refused to tear me and send me home, 16 hours later I had another heart attack when at the doctors.*
I ended up on the critical cardi care ward,* this is a brand new ward which has been built in the hospital basement, I have been told this is area has a darker side, which makes sense, each ward is small each having glass doors and each can be sealed with air conditioning, it has it's own direct access to the outside and it's own operating area and labs, the corridors have extra containment doors, with full electrical control in both directs in & out on every door, over the top for a normal ward!* *the whole basement is designed as a bio emergency ward, now all the security makes sense, but the high level of security should not be used with normal patients.
The noise is 24 hours non stop, the lights are on 24 /7, I am Cof E, which is recorded in my medical notes/records, I asked to go to the Chapple for some personal complementation I needed to work thinging out in my mind as to what had happened to me and what my options were!
This was refused many times.* after 20 hours I decided I was going to go to the Chapple told the staff I was not a prisoner, I was not under any court order or mental health act safeguarding either and they could not stop me going to the Chapple,* I walked through the first (which I believed the staff had released for me)* I walked up the corridor the next door which was locked,* A cleaner asked me if I was allowed to leave the ward, I replied " I am not a prisoner" the lady using her prox card open the door as staff came running up the correct but I was out,* *
I was intercepted by more staff who had run around the this go'son and on,* I went to the Chapple,* *I was where I said I was going,* I am a free man, I should be able to walk out of any ward, make up my own mind go to the Chapple,* this may seem minor but over the next few days it becomes unbelievable,* *remember at all times I always have my full mental facilities & powers, I am aware what was happening to me, I was aware of any and all outcomes of decisions I make, I was able to hold information, I knew the day the date & the year I was not at any time confused, just I do not like Needles,*
Over the next few days, I am assaulted by a security guard on the ward,* *then later in my bed,* *Now these events are recorded in my medical notes by the ward staff.* worried for my own personal safety, with the help of a hospital consultant who instructs the ward staff they can not hold me* I discharge & leave the hospital chased by 4 of the hospital security guards, I call the police (twice) who instruct the hospital they have no powers to hold me or stop me from leaving the hospital, I leave the hospital,* *The hospital call the police requesting I am found and arrested and returned to the hospital.* the police refuse.
I walk the police station now 02:00am , I dressed before I left but not having a cost and in was cold I wore my dress gown.*
in short, I have another heart attack and end up back at the hospital, on arrival I am meeting with three security guards and medical staff,* I was assessed by a consultant to have full mental powers etc and could not be safeguarded yet a nurse decided* to use the mental health act, My wife was held outside and stopped from coming in my son was with me, and did not agree with what was going on, and refused to sign a form that was given to him without telling him what it was, now I have had a bad heart attack I'm in the resus treatment area of the A&E,* the head of hospital security was* comes in and start harassing me about lies of me using the emergency override buttons on the doors to get out,* where I had asked repeatedly to be let out they had no right nor any legal powers to hold me* and adding a criminal charge of interfering with the fire alarm system,* alno timith the boarde did I ever go near either, oddly this is all covered by CCTV and they have not been able to offer efferdance of me doing this, I must add I really would not do this, I did not need to do so,* Due to my job I always carry a set of pass keys with me for ever type of key switch & im a locksmith so come on, really!!!!
It was explained to my wife I was now under a mental health order which was false as I had been declared to be of sound mind by a consult,* If I tried to leave I would be held and forcibly injected* and sedated all of which* would be detriment to my condition,*
Two security guards were posted outside my curtains and kept looking inside as they passed up and down the corridor.
The head of security comes in and harasses me winding me giving stress & concern for my safety and well being, they tell more lies which are in writing.* *
The paperwork was not filled with the board, until well after (Days) I was back at home.**
The police investigated but the hospital told them I am a mental case under a mental health order and just dropped it.* this is not true.**
The hospital will not answer any of our questions nor respond to our complaints, 9 months have passed no response yet.*
I can not find any solicitor to be willing to take this up and it crosses so many different areas of legal practice.
This is all on my medical record which the hospital tells me can only be remote by court order?
I can not go back to the hospital because they will do the same again.**
The hospital is all-powerful everyone believes a hospital, they have covered up all the way around, not disclosing paperwork, not disclosing telephones calls which did not happen yet we have now proved they did happen,* cctv not being disclosed or deleted and not saved. yet we requested within the set stated legal time allowed by law under ICO GDPR.*
Pals is the hospital, they also* think* the hospital can behave like this,*
Every time my heart dithers or something happens this all comes rushing back, my wife can't sleep at night, she has been warned with disciplinary action if she talks about this, or reports this to the CQC, she works for the same hospital trust.* *this has such far-reaching effects on our whole live all the time,*
