  • I won VCS in court

I just wanted to say thank you to all on this site. I haven’t posted but have read and read and read all the information posted and after a very naive defence on my part I pulled it back with a strong witness statement and some mistakes on VCS’s part.

I had a PCN issued back in May 2019 and went to court yesterday.

Don’t be worried about going to court, I found the whole process easy and wasn’t intimated at all and I’m not a confrontational person at all.
The judge was friendly and fair and the rep for VCS was friendly too. I did feel a bit sorry for her in the end as VCS had no provided her with my witness statement and she had no knowledge of where I had parked, which was my car, where boundary lines were or what signs belonged to VCS so didn’t stand a chance in answering the judges questions.

The judge awarded me my full schedule of costs due to unreasonable behaviour too!!

    Fight them all the way!!
