Hi all,
Firstly I'd like to thank everyone who posts such a great content and help for us all us simpletons out there.*
My friend is defending a claim against a Private Parking company and has requested a copy of the contact between the PPC and landowner.
It states it is between the PPC and Company A, registered in England with company number 123456 and registered address is 10 downing street.
A quick check on companies house for Company A shows the company has a totally different address in fact the address is in Wales, and the company number doesn't match either
After searching the company number provided on the contract on companies house it brings up a company with a similar name but again a totally different address to the one provided on the contract.
Is this a strong enough case to rest that they did not have authority to operate on the land?
Any advice or feedback would be a huge help for them.
Thanks
