i have been dealing with the VOA re our council tax challenge and 1. found out that they have our area of our home incorrect , after giving them the information they requested they now want me to provide evidence that they said the size of our house. how can i do this when it was over the phone 3 times by 3 different people and no confirming of any detail of content of information was emailed to me i just have there names so have proved this.
2. i have finally obtained there criteria and on every occasion on giving evidence have had it bounced back saying it does not meet there criteria.* They make it impossible to challenge
? is there an arbitrary body i can turn to or any legal people who specializes in this field out there?
very frustrated with the VOA moving the goal post to suit there own needs.
