I've been issued a parking charge from a private firm for overstaying on an out of town retail/leisure park. I now know that they charge if you stay longer than 3 hours. My gripe is that there is no facility to buy additional hours and most importantly it really precludes use of the car park for the intended use of the leisure park.
The car park itself only has restaurants a cinema and a gym. It's fairly routine for someone going to the cinema to have a meal before or afterwards, as I did, and that really can't be done within the 3 hour limit.
Any advice please
