hi, my 2 children are currently under child arrangement orders from court due to my partner being investigated about a situation involving her insulin. she Is type 1 diabetic. through out the whole duration of the proceedings the social worker has lied, and fabricated evidence to try and stop my children coming back to mine and my partners care. nobody will listen to me when I have tried to shed light on what she is actually doing to my family, so I am going to have to look into doing something about the case. im hoping someone will be able to shed light on how I can get a child arrangement order discharged from court?
