i'm being pursued by Debt recovery plus on behalf of smart parking
When I stayed at the Travelodge Poole hotel ,I parked in the correct area and handed the reception my reg number
just before december a second demand for £60 arrived [no first demand]
then 2 weeks later another but for a vehicle that was not mine but naming me and demanding £60
obviously I thought this was not correct,so**appealed*
this was rejected
I'm now receiving mail from debt recovery plus threatening court action for £160
I've phoned them witholding my private number and basically they couldn't care less
Can i send smart parking the original fine amount in settlement or will this other company have the right to demand more
