Wrong NTK Sent

Hello and thanks in advance

Im after some help with a NTK. NTK sent more than a month after alleged offence. No ticket on car which was stationary a minute or so. Private parking firm sent NTK which has been appealled not least for being out of time. Received an email today stating theyve acknowledged that the NTK was wrong so theyve corrected the error and are reissuing it.*

Was the driver identified 8n the appeal, simply yes or no?

So any new NTK is going to be even more out of time.* Remind them of that and continuing correspondence amounts to harassment.

What "correction" did they make?

Not sure what rhe correction is until get new NTK, driver was not identified in appeal.*
