      Hi my boiler has not been working since September 2019 I rent my property have done for 10yrs I also have a 12 year and a 4yr old I'm paying the rent with housing benefit but the shortfall which I in all fairness have not paid for 2 years I imagine it's £2000 easy I haven't been not paying it cause I doe want to I can't pay all my others bills debt etc not fully so I'm barely getting by .it is physically impossible for me to pay him so that leaves me here with untill I make payment off some sort on top off rent of which he receives directly his words was without guarantee off payment he couldn't possibly start looking for a new boiler please help me this is not allowed to be done in also have no fire alarms upstairs or downstairs no carbon monoxide detectors can anyone point me the direction don't no where to start
