Hi. I have recently bought a car, however it is not as described. Mainly it was advertised as having cruize control and also a handfree system. I telephoned the dealer and explained my concerns and they said well in the video we do not say that it has any of these features. As i explained to the dealer, what is if i was hard of hearing, i would only read the spec of the car. I wanted this car as i know how these cars drive, and i like them. The dealership has offered me £100 however i don't feel that is adequate compensation. Was just wondering how i stand with this, and what would be deemes to be an appropraite amount of redund for the error*

Was it a written description that you saw that was incorrect?
Do you still have a copy of that description?

Do you want to retain the car or reject it?

If you want to retain the car and receive a price reduction an appropriate amount would be the cost of purchasing and having the equipment installed. Retrofitting cruise control is possible on most (if not all) vehicles. Make enquiries
