Asking again about this because I can't seem to find my thread about t and really need help as to what to do without acknowledging this debt , Basically the debt is with black horse and has not been paid since 2012, there was a second default put on which was supposed to come off in December last year but it hasn't it is still there and the dca are updating karma that £2 per month missed payments since 2012.
I also have robinson way bugging me for payment on a debt that was statute barred in July 2018 .But i would like to clear my hubby's up first as that is being registered on his credit file and still has a default showing .
Please can anyone help asap . Thanks .
