I have check for the judgement register and there is a claim against my son but he has never received it. He did ring the court and asked about the case against him
he was told to ring the solicitor when I rang the solicitor on his behalf the solicitor put the phone down on me. My son did authorised me to speak on his behalf by* a written letter
to the solicitor.
I have sent the college an email and ask for the SAR department and the person who deal with SAR as soon as I get a reply I will make the SAR to the college.
Yes please if you can talk me through the set aside it will help a lot.
The bailiff company is High Court Enforcement Group Limited.
