  • Who pays me

I have been working for 35 years for same firm. I am being threatened by tupe. I dont want to go but I have no choice . I want to work another for years. I believe the firm taking over gets paid indirectly by my present firm. So I want to make a deal to say if you make me redundant you can save around 4 years of salary equeating to 240k. Do you think this is something they would be interested in*

I am not sure what you mean by "
the firm taking over gets paid indirectly by my present firm". However in answer to your question if there is a need for your role to continue then this is not a redunancy situation so the firm would not be able to make you redundant.
